Methods of Sinkhole Repair
There are three common repairs for homes effected by sinkhole conditions:
- Compaction Grouting
Compaction Grouting is good for strengthening weak soils, but does not lift or
level your home.
- Underpinning
Underpinning is a great way to lift and level your home, but
does not treat sinkhole conditions.
- Injection Piering
Injection Piering is a combination of the
first two. We install underpinning and then pump compaction grout through the
underpin, so we both stop the sinkhole activity and lift and level your home.
