What is a Helical Pier used for?

Helical Piers can successfully support structures in most soil conditions, and can be used for stabilizing foundations, as well as in seismic protection, and structure anchoring. The piers are installed with torque driver that screws them into the ground, anchoring into the bedrock or load-bearing soil below allowing them to be installed in tight areas.
 

Helicals are uniquely suited for light structures and can be installed with minimal disruption to your lawn and surroundings.  There's is no excavation required and surrounding soil is barely disturbed. There is also no concrete cure time, which means helical piers can be installed in any weather condition and in limited access areas.
